On October 26, the last opponent of the women's team of SC "Prometheus" in the group stage of the Champions League of the 2023/24 season was defined. We would like to remind you that according to the results of the drawing of lots, Ivan Petkov's wards got into Group E, where their opponents were: "Le Cannet" (France), LKS "Lodz" (Poland), and the second qualifying team.

Today, the decisive second stage of the qualification ended, where four teams finally made it: "Alba Blaj" (Romania), "Asterix Avo" (Belgium), "Mladost" (Croatia), and "KP Brno" (Czech Republic).

On July 19, the drawing of lots for the group stage of the 2023/24 Champions League among women's teams took place in Luxembourg. SC "Prometey" is the only representative of Ukraine in the most prestigious European club competitions.

At this stage of the tournament, Ivan Petkov's team got into Group E, where they will play against already well-known Le Cannet (France), LKS Lodz (Poland), and one of the teams from the qualifying stage.

The first two clubs from each group and one best team among the third places will advance to the playoffs.

In the last round, Ivan Petkov's team won their debut victory in the main draw of the most prestigious club European competition, beating Le Cannet in a tie-break. But the game was indicative - the Ukrainians are ready for any challenge.
